  • A caller said a customer was “at the counter trying to present a $100 counterfeit bill.” An officer responded and made contact with the customer, who said “he received the $100 bill” from a third party “after selling” the third party “meat.” The officer made contact with the third party, who “returned the meat and money” to the customer.
  • A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and said her vehicle “was hit in the front of the vehicle near the passenger side.” The woman said “she does not know when it was hit.” An officer responded.
  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and spoke with an officer “regarding a 12-year-old being sexually abused.”
  • Jonathan Scott Woodley, 25, 1324 1/2 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a dallas County warrant on a charge of probation violation.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
