- A caller said “her basement pipes have burst, and she has water everywhere.” An officer responded and advised the caller to make contact with “the water department to turn off the water and a plumber to come fix the pipes.”
- A caller said “she keeps being harassed by her neighbor.” The caller said the neighbor “had someone come and knock on her door because she was being too loud when she was just talking to her cat.” An officer responded and made contact with the caller and the neighbor and determined it was a case of “tenants getting used to apartment living,” and everything was “okay.”
- A caller said a “tenant is causing problems.” An officer responded.
- A caller “said she is being harassed.” An officer responded.
- A caller said “water is leaking around his water meter.” An officer responded.

- Leigh Richard Houghton, 52, 1624 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
