- Bayardo Isaac Duriez Argueta, 36, of 2620 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
- A 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport, driven by Bayardo Isaac Duriez Argueta of 2620 Warford St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2013 Chevy Tahoe, registered to Jamie Bernard Balm of 2121 Second St., Perry, in the 1200 block of Willis Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,500.
- Matthew Paul Bryan, 24, of 18576 N Ave., Minburn, was arrested on charges of first-offense OWI, eluding and reckless driving.
- Halena Roselene Lorenzini, 33, of 708 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant for fifth-degree theft.
- Officers responded to a report of a harassment in the 1800 block of Eighth Street. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a juvenile complaint of physical aggression in the 2300 block of First Avenue.
July 10, 2024
- Rudolph Zachary Zagar, 39, of 2524 McKinley St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of stalking-violation of a no-contact order.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Fifth Street.
