- Anthony James Johnson Parnell, 25, of 1306 11th St., Perry, was arrested on charges of third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, second-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Tyler Craig Schrier, 27, of 303 Third St., Rippey, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1600 block of Willis Avenue. The case is under investigation.

- Rick Charles Elliott, 56, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of second-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.

- Benjamin Joseph Harding, 46, of 1311 Emma Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
