July 3, 2025

  • Daniel Hernandez, 18, of 2907 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension and on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under suspension.
  • Officers responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of First Avenue. The loss was estimated at $12.27. The case is under investigation.
  • Officers responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of First Avenue. The loss was estimated at $5.58.

July 4, 2025

  • Ashley Nicole Paulsem 37, of 2002 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on charges of third-offense OWI and second-offense domestic abuse assault.
  • Jacob Robert Kroupa, 27, of 1823 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
  • Officers responded to a report of burglary in the 2900 block of Willis Avenue. The case is under investigation.
  • Officers responded to a report of burglary in the 2600 block of Willis Avenue. The case is under investigation.
  • Officers responded to a report of an accident near the intersection of W. 10th and Pattee streets involving a 2012 Kawasaki motorcycle, driven by Paul Medina. Injuries were reported.

July 5, 2025

  • Heladio Hernandez Cortez, 26, of 1824 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-offense OWI, reckless driving, no license and no insurance.
  • Deshawn Michael William, 22, of 809 10th St., Perry, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
  • Medina Cesar Sanchez, 31, of 1902 Evelyn St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct-fighting/violence.
  • Deshawn Michael William, 22, of 809 10th St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct-fighting/violence.
  • Pablo Calderon-Carranza, 20, of 1915 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
  • William Scott Alan Conklin, 34, of Oak Grove, Missouri, was arrested on charges of second-offense OWI and issued citations for improper lane change and open container.
  • Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 2900 block of Kading Road.

July 6, 2025

  • Jordan Davontav Todd, 30, of 2811 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on charges of attempted second-degree burglary, child endangerment, first-degree harassment, first-offense disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.
