- Justin Dale Ray, 21, 1708 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of child endangerment-serious injury, child endangerment-bodily injury, wilful injury-causing serious injury and wilful injury-causing bodily injury.
- Carla Raye Bousman, 62, 1302 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of three counts of first-degree kidnapping, child endangerment-death and obstruction of prosecution or defense.
- Josie Raye Bousman, 20, 1708 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of three counts of first-degree kidnapping and child endangerment-death.
- A caller “wanted to know what steps could be taken to protect themselves from neighborhood dogs.” The caller said “his wife walks their little dog daily, and there are several dogs that are allowed to run loose in the area.” An officer responded and told the caller “to call if they see a dog running loose” and “to report and dogs that are aggressive toward either them or their dog.”
- A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. with “a cat that he captured.” An officer responded.
- A caller said her 12-year-old daughter “is out of control.” Officers responded and spoke with the child “about her behavior and the consequences of her behavior.”
- A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and said a “scruffy-looking” male in his 60s was “sitting on a chair on the patio with a gun with an orange tip on it.” The man said the scruffy-looking person “pointed the gun at him as he drove by” and “then gave him the finger.” Officers responded and made contact with the “caretaker” at the residence and “advised her it was not wise to let clients play with toys guns outside as it made the neighbors and people driving by nervous.”
- A caller said “she is attempting to start a daycare center at her residence.” The caller “said someone posted nasty comments on her Facebook, saying she is related to the Rays recently arrested.” An officer responded.
- A caller reported “a dog laying in her neighbor’s yard” and said “the neighbor doesn’t have a dog.” An officer responded and located the dog but was unable to catch it.

- A caller reported “someone trying to use his name.” An officer responded.
