- Richard Van Gundy II, 56, of 5953 E. Oakwood Dr., Pleasant Hill, was arrested on charges of first-offense OWI, intent to deliver amphetamine over 5 grams but under 5 kilograms, third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
