- Daniel Armando Perez Garcia, 22, of 614 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on Polk County warrants for driving while revoked, improper lane change, failure to provide proof of insurance and leaving the scene of an accident.
- Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of Second Street.
