- A 2010 Ford Edge, registered to Julio Portillo Bermudez of 502 Third St., Perry, and driven by Sonia Portillo Bermudez, 54, of 502 Third St., Perry, struck a mailbox. Damages were estimated at $150. Prtillo Bermudez was issued a citation for operating without a valid driver’s license.
