- Wayne Baker, 69, of 1309 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension
- A 2008 Infiniti EX3, registered to and driven by Leslie Annette Heckman Mayhugh of 28736 Prospect Ave., Adel, collided with a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, registered to and driven by Kayla Michelle Brown of 2509 First Ave., Perry, in the 2600 block of North Street. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000. Mayhugh was issued a citation failure to stop in assured clear distance.

- Martin Torres Jr., 32, of 2732 Eastern Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of third-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, third-offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, tax stamp violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Kaylinn Delcie Rinner, 32, of 1 Ridgecrest Lane, Dallas Center, was arrested on charges of first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, first-offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Raeleen Kaye Vonk, 64, of 807 E. 14th St., Newton, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
