- Karla Isabel Ruano Mejia, 18, of 708 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
- A 15-year-old age female from Perry was arrested on a charge of first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
- Officers responded to a report of shoplifting in the 500 block of First Avenue. The loss was estimated at $25. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the 1700 block of Fourth Street. The situation calmed.
- Hannah Marie Ladehoff, 21, of 809 10th St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge interference with official acts.
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 400 block of Second Street. The case is under investigation.

- A 16-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of assault.
- Dakota Wylie Armstrong, 30, of 1715 Vine St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for criminal mischief.
- A Kia Sorento, registered to and driven by Jean Marie Compere of 1527 Gordon Ave. S.,
Lehigh Acres, Florida, collided with a doorway at Dollar Tree, 628 First Ave., Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $15,500.
May 8, 2024
- Kyle Patrick Lingner, 34, of 1502 Estella St., Perry, was arrested on a Guthrie County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-offense OWI, a Dallas County warrant for probation violation, a Sarpy County, Nebraska, warrant for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, fugitive from justice, provide false information to a law enforcement officer, person ineligible to carry a weapon and interference with official acts with a weapon.
- A 2002 Dodge Caravan, registered to Richard Lee Hurley of 407 Ninth St. S., Grand Junction, and driven by Chloe Ann Hurley of 407 Ninth St. S., Grand Junction, collided with a legally parked 2012 Toyota Camry, registered to Dina Estela Sanchez
Santacruz of 1820 Otley Ave., Perry. No injuries were reported.
