  • Edgar Yaeggy-Godinez of 1324 Eighth St., Perry, was issued a citation for first-offense nuisance burning.
  • A caller said “she thought someone was in her crawl space, and she clims that they crawled up the garage wall, and she was hearing voices.” Officers responded, “checked perimeter and interior, and all checked out.”
  • A caller said “an injured hawk was found on the east side of the DMACC building.” An officer responded, and “the hawk flew away.”
  • A caller from Jamaica said she saw “a young, slender, female girl that looked like she should be in school run out of and around a house.” The caller was tandferred to the Guthrie County Sheriff’s office.
  • A caller said “she received a scam phone call.”
  • A caller said “her 91-year-old mother fell outside raking.” The Perry First Responders were paged.
  • A caller said “she locked her keys in her vehicle.” The caller was referred to a local tow service.
  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and “requested a no-trespass on” someone. An officer responded.
  • A caller said “her daughter” was “being bullied in school.” An officer responded.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
