- Alvaro Sanchez Santa Curz, 20, of 1820 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of underage possession of alcohol.
- Marvin Alexander Garcia Mendez, 19, of 1206 Paul St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of underage possession of alcohol.

- Aaron David Mallicoat, 36, of 1908 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 2700 block of Fritz Street. The officers were able to locate a bicycle and return it to its owner.
