Sept. 30, 2023
- A 2004 Buick Rainier, registered to Betty Jean Allen of 312 Warford St., Perry, and driven by Mason Alan McAtee of 1014 Second St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2007 Toyota Prius, registered to Irma Rivera of 1824 Willis Ave., Perry, in the 300 block of Warford Street. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,100.
Oct. 1, 2023
- Roberto Andres Diaz, 38, of 1114 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
- Christian Alejandro Lozano, 23, of 1114 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
- A 2022 Nissan Rogue, registered to and driven by Vincent Sevenson of 1502 Sixth St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2000 Nissan van, registered to Manuel Corona Diaz, of 1612 W. Second St., Perry, and damaged a garage, owned by Elvia Andrade of 1301 30th St., Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $11,200.
- Officers received a report of theft in the 1000 block of 26th Street. Two bags of personal property, including a wallet with cash, cards and ID, were reported missing. The estimated value of the loss in unknown.
- Ashley Angaran, 38, of 1017 Graceland Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
- Officers received a report of theft in the 1300 block of Sixth Street. The property was recovered, and no charges were filed per victim’s request.
Oct. 2, 2023
- A 2018 Dodge Durango, registered to and driven by Jennifer Ruth Lauer of 2110 W. Fourth St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2016 Nissan Versa, registered to Ethan Brett McFarland of 304 E. Garfield St., Jefferson, in the 900 block of Central Street. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $4,500.
