September 29, 2025
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1500 block of Estella Street.
- Officers responded to a report of sex abuse in the 1200 block of 18th Street. The case is under investigation.
- A 2004 Cadilliac Escalade, driven by Jenna Mischke of Jefferson, collided with a 2011 Buick Regal, driven by Sean Paul Lozano of 730 Williams St., Perry, at the intersection of Iowa Highway 141 and Iowa Highway 144. No injuries were reported.
September 30, 2025
- Gabriela Chavez, 25, of 2718 Charles St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Michael Andrew Smith, 34, of 2407 McKinley St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Kyle Patrick Lingner, 36, of 1502 Estella St., Perry, was arrested on charges of person ineligible to carry a weapon, interference with official acts-weapon, interference with official acts and first-offense public intoxication.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 800 block of Second Street.
October 1, 2025
- Biar Kurcheck, 47, of Des Moines was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- A 15-year-old male from Perry was arrested on charges of interference with official acts and on a Des Moines Police Department warrant.
- Officers responded to a report of property damage in the 1300 block of Sixth Street. There was damage to the side of a door.
