- Officers responded to a report of theft report in the 500 block of First Avenue.
- Officers responded to a report of a drug violation in the 1200 block of 18th Street.
- A 2012 Dodge Avenger, driven by Melinda Gallager of Jefferson, collided with a 2017 Toyota Corolla, driven by Edgar Godinez of 1324 Eighth St., Perry, in the 600 block of First Avenue. No injuries were reported.
- Yaretzy Loriley Riquelme Ibarra, 18, of 1615 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
- Nicole Kay Palmer, 42, of 1913 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of second-degree theft and forgery.
- Kevin Kyle Kestel, 52, of 1913 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of second-degree theft.
- Alison Ann Rote, 33, of 1317 16th St., Perry, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and first-offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
