- A 2012 Ford Taurus, registered to Shirley Riley or Dillion Terrones of Perry and driven by Dillon Terrones, backed into a legally parked 2001 Chevrolet, registered to Caroline Bouvette of Perry.
- Officers responded to the 1400 block of Willis Avenue on a report of a domestic situation.

- Officers responded to the 1700 block of Otley Avenue on a report of theft.
- Officers responded to the 900 block of Graceland Avenue on a report of criminal mischief. Officers found pumpkins smashed on the porch.
- Anthony William Breazeal, 39, of 1309 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense public intoxication.
