- Richard Matthew Allen, 44, of 601 Linden St., Dallas Center, was arrested on charges of assault, first-offense domestic abuse assault, false imprisonment and second-degree burglary.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of 18th Street. The case is under investigation.
