- Dakota Wyle Armstrong, 31, of 171S Vine St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-degree harassment and violation of a no-contact order.
- A 2009 Nissan Rogue, driven by Yaretzy Riquelme Ibarra of 1615 Second St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2019 Chevy Silverado, registered to Walton Tree Service of rural Perry, in the 1300 block of North Street. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $9,000.
- A 2012 Ford Fusion, driven by Edwin Adan Ribas of 1905 Lucinda St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan, registered to the Iowa Department of Public Defense inĀ Johnston, in the 2900 block of Willis Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $4,000.
- Officers responded to a report of fireworks near the 200 block of Warford Street.

- Harka Man Subba, 26, of 1212 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
- Yahir Alberto Campos Rosas, 21, of 1913 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-offense OWI, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident and texting while driving.
- A 2003 GMC Yukon Denali, driven by Yahir Alberto Campos Rosas of 1913 Sixth St., Perry, struck a power pole at the intersection of Fourth Street and Dewey Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $18,000.

- Yance Pons Woody, 53, of Baxter, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of OWI.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 800 block of Warford Street. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in the 1500 block of Fifth Street. The officers were unable to locate any accidents.
