September 12, 2025
- Officers responded to a report of fraud in the 1900 block of W. Fourth Street.
- A 2025 Dodge Caravan, registered to Patrick Atkins of 2320 Lucinda St., Perry, collided with a 2010 Dodge Journey, registered to Rosemary Perez of 1802 Estella St., Perry, in the 1200 block of 18th Street. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $3,000.
- A 2014 Ford F150, driven by Laura Molina of 2206 Willis Ave., Perry, collided with a 2016 Freightliner semi-tractor trailer, driven by Christopher Ordaz of Des Moines. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $11,000. Molina was issued a citation for no license and failure to obey stop sign.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1100 block of Willis Avenue. The case is under investigation.
September 13, 2025
- James Martin Moreland Jr., 50, of Rippey was arrested on charges of first-offense domestic abuse assault, second-degree harassment and interference with official acts.
- A 14-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief.
- Amanda Pauline Dunbar, 45, of Bouton was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended.
- Angel Moises Ortega Velazquez, 20, of 1703 Vine St., Perry, was arrested on charges of third-degree burglary and first-degree harassment.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 2800 block of Warford Street.
September 14, 2025
- Clarissa Eve Miller, 40, of 3309 McKinley St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended.
- A 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander, registered to Uriel Duron Anguiano of 2009 Otley Ave., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2018 Jeep Compass, registered to Joseph William Edmonson of 2008 Evelyn St., Perry, in the the 2000 block of Evelyn Street. No injuries were reported. Damage to Duron Anguiano’s vehicle was estimated at $500, and damage to Edmonson’s vehicle was estimated at $500.
