- An 11-year-old male from Perry was issued a citation for curfew violation.
- An 11-year-old female from Perry was issued a citation for curfew violation.
- Officers responded to a report of burglary in the 1200 block of Warford Street. The loss was estimated at $400-$500. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of sex abuse in the 2600 block of Taft Street. The case is under investigation.
- A 2000 Buick Le Sabre, registered to Toni Klemish of 2619 Taft St., collided with a 2000 GMC Sierra, driven by Zachary Shelley of 2644 Willis Ave., in the 2600 block of Taft Street. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $3,000.
- Officers responded to a report of sex abuse case in the 1600 block of Otley Avenue. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Warford Street.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 2900 block of Kading Road. The case was in a different jurisdiction.

- Nyakuauth Daniel Lam, 48, of Urbandale was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.

- Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 800 block of Third Street.

- A 13-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of threat of terrorism.
- Nathan Daniel Ford, 41, of 1722 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Officers responded to a report of fraud in the 500 block of First Avenue, The loss was estimated at $300. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of First Avenue.
