- Officers received a report of a theft in the 1500 block of 18th Street.
- Officers received a report of a theft in the 1600 block of Seventh Street.
- Justin Scott Pierschbacher, 46, of 909 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-offense stalking and third-degree harassment.
