- Trayon Louis-Allen Nash, 34, of 717 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of two counts of assault and obstruction of emergency communication.
- Kyle Patrick Lingner, 35, of 500 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of second-offense possession of a controlled substance and fugitive from justice.
- Guadalupe Marie Larson, 34, of Boone was arrested on charges of child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 2000 block of 15th Street. A bicycle was stolen. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 900 block of Willis Avenue.
