The Perry Public Library will offer free new-to-you Halloween costumes to the public from Monday, Sept. 8 to Friday, Oct. 31.
These gently used, donated costumes are available to everyone. Donations are appreciated but not required in order to take a costume home.
The library asks patrons to take only what they need in order to ensure there are enough costumes available for everyone seeking them.
