Agenda items include approval of a contract with a West Des Moines public relations form, hired to assist PCSD Superintendent Clark Wicks with managing the district’s communications, and two sharing agreements with the Heartland Area Education Agency for a special administrator and substitute teachers.

The board will also enter a closed session in order to discuss confidential district records.

The meeting will also offer members of the public an opportunity to address the board for up to three minutes. Speakers will be required to state their name and address for the record.

The school board last met Monday, Jan. 8 in the wake of the shooting at Perry High School that shocked and appalled the Perry community.
