A Perry woman was arrested Wednesday after allegedly assaulting a Perry man in the home.
Christina Marie Lachner, 43, of 1606 Fifth St., Perry, was charged with second-offense domestic abuse assault and child endangerment.
The incident began about 5 p.m. Wednesday at a residence in the 2600 block of Fifth Street, where officers of the Perry Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance.
The officers made contact with the victim, who told the officers that Lachner allegedly “scratched him on his neck and shoulders,” according to court records.
The alleged assault “was done in the presence of the juvenile son,” according to court records.
Lachner is held in the Dallas County Jail in advance of an initial appearance in Dallas County District Court.
Lachner was convicted of first-offense domestic abuse assault-bodily injury or mental illness in 2024 in Dallas County District Court.
