Perry woman allegedly harasses, trespasses sisters

A Perry woman was arrested late Monday after allegedly harassing two sisters and trespassing on their residence.

Rena Raelle Robinson, 34, of 2937 Kading Road, Perry, was charged with two counts of third-degree harassment and issued a citation for first-offense trespassing.

The incident began about 11:15 p.m. Monday in the 2600 block of Kading Road, where officers of the Perry Police Department responded to a report of a women who allegedly “knocked on the window from the outside” of a residence, according to court records.

The officers made contact with the sister victims, who told the officers that Robinson allegedly “began tapping on the window” and then called to one of the victims by name and said, “Open the fucking window,” and then allegedly “proceeded to tap the window with a glass bottle,” according to court records.

One of the victims told the officers that she was “fearful” that Robinson was “attempting to gain access to their residence,” and the other victim told the officers that she was “scared” that Robinson would “cause her harm,” according to court records.

Robinson allegedly “knowingly and willingly admitted to being at the window, and stated that she was ‘tapping at the window,'” according to court records.

Robinson is held in the Dallas County Jail on a $1,000 cash or surety bond. She is scheduled for a pretrial conference Oct. 3 in Dallas County District Court.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
