A Perry woman was arrested Tuesday after she allegedly assaulted a Perry man in the home.
Traci Lynn Tiffany, 54, of 705 Third St., Perry, was charged with first-offense domestic abuse assault.
The incident began about 8 p.m. Tuesday at a residence in the 700 block of Third Street, where officers of the Perry Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance.
A witness told the officers that Tiffany allegedly “hit a male in the face,” according to court records.
The officers observed on the victim “scratch marks on the back of the victim’s back that seemed to be still bleeding,” according to court records.
Tiffany was held in the Dallas County Jail on a $300 cash or surety bond. He is scheduled for a pretrial conference July 15 in Dallas County District Court.
