A Perry woman was arrested on a Dallas County warrant Monday in connection with her alleged ongoing harassment of her neighbors.
Brandy Dawn Johnson, 48, of 809 10th St., Perry, was charged with three counts of third-degree harassment.
According to court records, Johnson was served a trespass notice June 14 by an officer of the Perry Police Department, who advised her “not to enter the property” of her neighbors and “to stop all communication” with them after it was reported that Johnson “would continuously yell things at the victim when she was outside in her backyard.”
On June 21, the victim reported to law enforcement that Johnson allegedly “was still continuing to yell insulting things at her while she was in her pool,” according to court records.
The victim provided cell phone video of Johnson’s actions, according to court records.
A warrant for Johnson arrest was ordered and served Monday in Dallas County District Court. Johnson is held in the Dallas County Jail on a $1,000 cash or surety bond. She is scheduled for a pretrial conference July 22 in Dallas County District Court.
Johnson was convicted of fighting in public in 2010 in Scott County District Court.
