Phillip Conklin, 59, of Perry passed away Thursday, Aug. 3, 2023, in Clive, Iowa.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 8 at 4:30 p.m. at the Heartland Church of Christ at 14417 J. Ave. in Perry, with visitation beginning at 3 p.m. until time of the service. A private family burial will take place at the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry, Iowa.
