The one-mile stretch of R Avenue between 130th Street and Iowa Highway 141 will be closed for culvert replacement beginning Tuesday, Aug. 27, the Dallas County Secondary Roads Department announced Monday.
The road will reopen, weather permitting, on Friday, Sept. 13 at 5 p.m.
