Parents will have to opportunity to hear about, and register their child for, one of three Perry pre-schools Tuesday from 6-7 p.m. in the multipurpose room at Perry Elementary.
A total of 105 openings will be available at either the Perry Child Development Center, the Perry Early Learning Center (at Perry Elementary) or St. Patrick’s Gingerbread House, held on the lower level of St. Patrick’s Catholic School. Each site will have both a morning and an afternoon class.
Parents will be asked to list their top three choices for placement, with officials promising to try and meet those requests. A child must be four years old on or before Sept. 15, 2018, to be registered for the upcoming pre-school year.
Registration packets will be available at each of the three sites beginning Wednesday, April 25, but officials urge parents to attend Tuesday’s event, as slots will be filled on a first-served basis.
