Ruth Blattner, 96, of Panora and formerly of Perry passed away Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, at the Mercy West Lakes in West Des Moines, Iowa.
A graveside service will be held at the Keota Cemetery in Keota, Iowa, at a later date.
