Steve Stammer of Perry produced a rare sight for his golfing foursome Thursday when he sank his tee shot on the second hole of the Perry Golf and Country Club.
“It was pretty cool to witness,” said Kendall Rathje of Perry, who played in the set with Stammer along with Alan Lenz of Perry and Butch Niebuhr of Perry.
Stammer used an eight iron on the 160-yard hole.
