The traffic signals at the intersection of First and Willis avenues will be shut off for about two hours beginning at 9 a.m. Thursday, April 21.

The traffic signals at the intersection of First and Willis avenues will be shut off for about two hours beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, May 6 due to a planned power outage, the Perry City Hall announced Thursday.

The power outage will affect only the intersection. No businesses or residences will lose power.

A four-way stop sign will be placed in the intersection for traffic control. When motorists arrive at the intersection, they should come to a full stop before entering any painted crosswalk or crossing a painted stop line, and they should check for traffic, pedestrians and cyclists in all directions.

The outage was originally planned forĀ April 21 but was postponed until this week.

For more information, call the Perry City Hall at 515-465-2481.
