Local law enforcement officials discovered a male body in Perkins Park near the old railroad right-of-way Thursday evening.
Unofficial reports indicate the individual had committed suicide.
Sources have told ThePerryNews.com that the individual whose body was found is not the person of interest law enforcement is currently seeking in connection to Thursday’s robbery in downtown Perry.
