Sylvia Downs, 82, of Perry passed away Monday, Jan. 15, 2018, at the Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
The Carris Family Funeral Home and Cremation Care is assisting Sylvia’s family.
