The owner of Bentley, the black-and-tan cocker spaniel who ran away Monday morning, is offering a $500 reward for his safe return.
“No questions asked,” the owner said about the offered reward.
Bentley was last seen about 5:30 a.m. Monday near 13th and Warford streets in Perry.
Bentley was wearing an Iowa Hawkeye collar with a name tag. He is microchipped.
