A Perry man died early Sunday when his vehicle left the roadway of Iowa Highway 141 between Bouton and Woodward and overturned.
Chad Morman, 39, of Perry was killed in the one-vehicle accident that occurred about 2:15 a.m. in the 25600 block of 141st Street, the Dallas County Sheriff’s office confirmed Sunday morning.
Morman’s vehicle came to rest upside down in the north ditch of the state highway after shearing off a power pole. The sheriff’s office is investigating the crash.
The Woodward First Responders, Woodward Volunteer Fire Department and Dallas County EMS also responded.
