ADEL, Iowa — Perry-area realtor Wayde Burkhart has left his Remax Precision office in Clive for the greener pastures of the Remax Precision office in Adel at 805 Main St.
Burkhart, a seven-year veteran of the real estate business, will share the store with fellow Precision realtors Juliana Cullen and Kevin Howe. He currently has listings in Perry, Grimes, Boone, Dallas Center, Ankeny and Woodward.
The Woodward native and his wife, Julie, have been married 32 years. They have two adult children, Mason and Mallory.
