- Austin Farmer of West Des Moines was traveling near Ute Avenue and Westown Parkway when his vehicle collided with a vehicle, driven by Irving Garcia of Des Moines. No injuries were reported. Damage to Garcia’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000, and damage to Farmer’s vehicle was estimated at $600. Farmer was issued a citation for failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way.
- Skylon Kpayeh, 19, of 630 N.E. Alice’s Road, Waukee, was arrested for driving while revoked and driving while suspended.
- Jazzmyn McKinley, 25, of 105 N. Second Ave., Villisca, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended.
