- Sara Hannah Marie Heinen, 21, of 208 W. Third St., Rippey, was issued a citation for driving under suspension.

- Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 1700 block of Sixth Street.

- Chad Michael Menz, 39, of 1420 Evelyn St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-offense domestic abuse assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Officers received a report of a domestic situation in the 2000 block of W. Second Street. Officers were not able to locate the parties.
- Afejanadro Perez Lazaro, 28, of Florida was arrested on a charge of OWI.
- Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 1600 block of Otley Avenue.
- Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 600 block of North Street.
- Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 2700 block of McKinley Street.
