June 26, 2020

  • Officers received a complaint of possible identity theft. The case is under investigation.
  • Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 800 block of Fifth Street.
  • Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 1900 block of Fifth Street.
  • Officers received a report of criminal mischief in the 2900 block of Iowa Street. Damage to a vehicle under investigation.
  • Officers received a report of criminal mischief in the 2600 block of Willis Avenue. Damage to tires was estimated at $350.
  • Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 2100 block of First Avenue.

June 27, 2020

  • Sara Hannah Marie Heinen, 21, of 208 W. Third St., Rippey, was issued a citation for driving under suspension.
  • Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 800 block of Fourth Street.
  • Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 1800 block of W. Third Street.
  • Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 1700 block of Sixth Street.

June 28, 2020

  • Chad Michael Menz, 39, of 1420 Evelyn St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-offense domestic abuse assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Officers received a report of a domestic situation in the 2000 block of W. Second Street. Officers were not able to locate the parties.
  • Afejanadro Perez Lazaro, 28, of Florida was arrested on a charge of OWI.
  • Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 1600 block of Otley Avenue.
  • Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 600 block of North Street.
  • Officers responded to a complaint of fireworks in the 2700 block of McKinley Street.

  • No activity reported.

June 30, 2020

  • Officers received report of a stolen bicycle in the 1900 block of Fifth Street. The loss was estimated at $1,000.
  • Officers received a report of a stolen phone in the 400 block of First Avenue. Unknown loss.
