- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of First Avenue.
- Jose Alberto Garcia Santos, 33, of 123 N. Adams St., Osceola, was arrested on charges of driving while barred, possession of drug paraphernalia, third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, drug tax stamp violation and possession with intent to deliver-methamphetamine.

- Domonick Matthew Jerome Cooley, 37, of 2023 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for third-degree theft.
