A van and an SUV crashed in the intersection of 10th Street and Iowa Highway 141 Sunday morning.
Injuries of an unknown extent were reported, according to public safety radio traffic.
The crash occurred about 10:15 a.m. and blocked the westbound lanes of the state highway. Both vehicles sustained significant front-end damage.
Westbound traffic on Iowa Highway 141 was being diverted north onto 10th Street.
The Perry Police Department is investigating the crash at this hour. The Perry First Responders, Perry Volunteer Fire Department and Dallas County EMS also responded.
