- Dale Swanson of Adel reported a theft in the 2100 block of Greene Street. The items were estimated at $35.

- Keasey’s Hideaway Lounge in Adel reported vandalism in the 900 block of Court Street. Damages were estimated at $500.
August 19, 2020
- Kimberly Pavlica of Adel reported a scam in the 2300 block of Greene Street. Nothing was taken.
- Todd Mayer of Adel reported a theft in the 1500 block of Main Street. The item was estimated at $10.
- Eric Wayne Stonehocker, 40, of 1411 Penoach St., Adel, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
August 20, 2020
- A vehicle owned by Mirranda O’Donnell of Urbandale rolled in the 24000 block of U.S. Highway 6. Damages were estimated at $2,000.
- Roger Dean Pierce, 58, of 2751 W Ave., Waukee, was arrested on three Dallas County warrants for failure to appear on original charges for child support.

- Isabel Mascheri of Adel reported a burglary in the 600 block of S. 12th Street. Nothing was taken.

- A vehicle, driven by Ross Buttolph of Ankeny, struck a legally parked vehicle, owned by Mark Weighner of Winterset, in the 1500 block of Maple Street. Damages were estimated at $1,010.
- Cody Irvin of Adel reported vandalism in the 600 block of S. Ninth Street. Damages were estimated at $500.
