Adel Police Report August 24-30

August 24, 2020

  • A vehicle driven by Alvin Chupp of Dallas Center was traveling northbound in the 28000 block of R Avenue when a bicycle ridden by Milo and Loretta Ware of Urbandale struck the side of Chupp’s vehicle. Damages were estimated at $1,700.
  • Alexander Douglas Cadwell, 33, of 1510 Greene St., #2, Adel, was arrested on a Marshall County warrant for condition of release violation.

August 25, 2020

  • A vehicle driven by Brenda Krogh-Duree of Panora was stopped in the 100 block of Nile Kinnick Drive S. when a vehicle driven by Christopher Lindgren of Adel, struck the rear of Krogh-Dureeā€™s vehicle. Damages were estimated at $1,550.
  • Kathryn Mary Stock, 20, of 2121 Greene St., #B23, Adel, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for probation violation and for assault on a peace officer.

August 26, 2020

  • A vehicle driven by Jacob Stall of Elkhart was traveling southbound in the 28000 block of R Avenue when the truck boom hit a power line owned by MidAmerican Energy. Damages were estimated at $1,510.

August 27, 2020

  • A vehicle driven by Rebecca Schrock of Adel was backing up in the 1500 block of Locust Street when a vehicle driven by Jamie Hachmeister of Adel was also backing up, and the vehicles struck one another. Damages were estimated at $5,000.
  • A hit-and-run accident occurred in the 300 block of Nile Kinnick Drive S. when a vehicle driven by Adriana Weil of Adel was traveling southbound and another vehicle struck the rear of her vehicle and left the scene. Damages were estimated at $50.
  • A vehicle driven by Garrett Butz of Fenton, Missouri, was traveling eastbound in the 400 block of S. Seventh Street when his trailer caught a power line owned by MidAmerican Energy. Damages were estimated at $1,000.

August 28, 2020

  • A vehicle driven by Kevin Stockman of Ogden was traveling westbound in the 24000 block of U.S. Highway 6 when it struck of bucket in the roadway. Damages were estimated at $500.

August 29, 2020

  • A vehicle driven by Jason Sparks of Waukee was traveling westbound in the 26000 block of U.S. Highway 6 when a vehicle driven by Courtnie Cross of Dallas Center crossed the intersection and struck Sparks’ vehicle. Damages were estimated at $4,500.
  • Patrick Lauren Johns, 35, of 14241 210th St., Perry, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
