The frost was on the pumpkin Saturday morning as hungry harvesters filled the Bouton Community Center for the November community breakfast.
Fortifying themselves with pancakes and eggs, sausage and ham, biscuits and gravy and other morning fare, the local diners sipped their coffee and chatted together, sometimes looking toward the bake sale goods at the front table.
The next Bouton breakfast is scheduled for Dec. 5.
