A two-vehicle collision blocked traffic on Third Street near Estella Street Friday evening.
No injuries were reported.
A four-door Toyota sedan appeared to be traveling north of Third Street at about 6 p.m. when it struck broadside on the passenger side a Toyota pickup truck that appeared to be traveling east on Estella Street.
Both vehicles came to rest in the roadway of Third Street.
The Perry Police Department is investigating the accident at this hour.
The Perry First Responders also responded.

Living on Third Street just a few blocks south of this, I can tell you that I have seen some very excessive speeding. We have been lucky in that none of the children have ever been hit with the bus stop at that intersection. If I was to guess, some of the speeds I have seen approach 50 mph. Then add in the number of people that think a stop or yield sign is meant for anybody else but them.
