- Charles T. Shroyer, 39, of 901 Birch St., Atlantic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license denied.

- Jeremy Lee Parker Jr., 22, of 3215 S.W. 39th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
April 1, 2019
- David Jay Salgado, 46, of 516 Main St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of driving while license denied.
- Judith Gonzalez-Ballesteros, 18, of Storm Lake was traveling in the 16000 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.
